”I have had a great experience here at Landing on 9. Other tenants are respectful and never loud. I have yet to have any problems with my apartment, and if I did I know the team would be quick to help. Marisela is the best and has fun activities around holidays for her tenants. She is always informative and very helpful. She is quick to notify everyone about any maintenance or activities happening at the complex. When I moved in she walked me to my apartment and helped me with the process of getting settled. I definitely recommend living here!

”I lived at Landing on 9 for almost three years, and loved it the whole time. It was my first apartment! It is a great first starter apartment, and the prices are right. The area is great, and very quiet, the neighbors were always nice and quiet. Maintenance requests were always fixed urgently. My AC went out one summer, and they had an AC unit and the parts ordered the same day I put the ticket in. The entire time I stayed there the only problem I had was my AC going out, and minor problems with this garbage disposal. The only reason I left is because I graduated college and got a job in OKC and was tired of the commute. Check this place out.
